What accreditations does Videtta hold?

Videtta Heating & Plumbing holds three: Gas Safe registration under business number 595115, endorsement by Which? Trusted Traders, and Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner status. Each is awarded by an independent organisation, each checks something different, and each can be verified on that organisation's own website.

Three independent checks, all of which you can verify yourself.

Why three, not one

Anyone can call themselves reliable. An accreditation means someone independent has checked, and each of ours checks something different. Gas Safe Register is about whether we are qualified and legally allowed to work on gas. Which? looked at how we run the business and treat customers. Worcester Bosch recognises our training and our record of fitting its boilers.

None of them covers everything on its own. Gas Safe does not get involved in prices or contracts, and Which? does not inspect workmanship. Together they cover the safety of the work, the way you are treated and the guarantee behind the boiler, which are the three things most people want to know before letting a heating engineer into their home.

We're really pleased with the air conditioning installation. From start to finish, the staff were great — friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention to the fitters, Tom and Ben, who did a fantastic job. They were polite, tidy and worked efficiently, taking care to make sure everything was fitted properly and left clean and tidy. The whole experience was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed. Great service from a great team!

Questions we get asked about accreditations

Which accreditation matters most when choosing a heating engineer?

For any gas work, Gas Safe registration comes first, because it is a legal requirement. After that, a Which? endorsement tells you how a business treats its customers, and a manufacturer accreditation such as Worcester Bosch tells you about training on that brand and the guarantees it can offer.

How can I check an accreditation is genuine?

Check it with the organisation that awarded it, not on the trader’s own website. Gas Safe Register, Which? Trusted Traders and Worcester Bosch all let you look a business up on their own sites, and we link to each one on this page.

Do accreditations replace customer reviews?

No, they work together. An accreditation shows a business has met a standard set by someone independent, while reviews show how recent customers found the experience. Alongside our three accreditations we have over 350 five-star Google reviews.
