Jordon, Tom and Matt recently installed air conditioning units. One of which is in my bedroom. They were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and considerate. They covered the floor with a carpet protector while they worked. Afterwards, they vacuumed, cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Overall, very good experience and a 5 star service.

My boiler packed up on Friday and Tom came out on the Saturday , unable to fix and explaining I needed a new one , poor young man had to endure tears from me but he was both empathetic and sympathetic to my Situation. He then said he could come out on the following Thursday to fit a new boiler and he and colleague Ben Turned up at the time they said they would and got on with the job . They were neat and tidy explained everything I was asking and made sure every thing was working and I understood the workings of the boiler . Both Tom and Ben were a pleasure to have in my home and are both lovely young men . I would fully recommend videtta to anyone . Thankyou so much .

Excellent service from start to finish. The installers were professional throughout and kept us informed at every stage, clearly explaining what they were doing and any temporary impact on the water supply. They also gave clear instructions on how to adjust the temperatures and settings. The clean-up afterwards was absolutely perfect, leaving everything spotless. Jason’s quotation was considerably lower than several others we received. The new Worcester Bosch combo boiler was delivered early morning and the two fitters arrived shortly afterwards. They completed the installation in around 6 hours and left everything tidy. We are pleased with the price & service from Videtta and hopefully we’ll have lower gas bills.

Installation was done on the days booked, without any delays. Installers were very pleasant and polite. Work was done efficiently with minimum disruption to us even though it was necessary to turn off both water and gas for a while. At all times the installers explained what was happening, and a rough timing for any disruption. Positioning of pipework etc was discussed with me before it was installed. On completion I was talked through the operation of equipment and the installer ensured I understood how it worked. Everywhere was cleaned up after the work and was left as it was before the work started. Very pleased both with the work done and the way it was done.

I have just recently had a new Worcester boiler installed by Videtta Heating. From start to finish, Jordan and Dan provided excellent customer service from providing the quote and then the installation of the new boiler the following week. Everything went very smoothly and very cleanly, all completed in one day. The price was also very competitive and came with a 10 year warranty. A very satisfied customer !
